Sales & Marketing Executive (Commission-Only, 20% per Sale)

Location: Remote / Flexible

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 6 months of experience in a startup (internship, project, or freelance work)
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io (SaaS) for lead generation, outreach, or campaign management
Familiarity with digital marketing workflows (social media, email campaigns, CRM updates)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data (basic Excel/Sheets reporting, campaign metrics tracking)

What You'll Do

Identify and reach out to potential customers (startups, SMBs, agencies, etc.)
Explain product benefits and convert leads into paying subscribers.
Execute marketing strategies (social media, outreach campaigns, referrals).
Build strong client relationships for renewals and upgrades.
Report sales performance and share customer insights with the team.
