Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, supporting customer service efforts, generating leads, conducting market research, and participating in promotional activities. The intern will collaborate closely with the team to improve client outreach, address customer inquiries, and help achieve company sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Basic understanding of Sales principles and Sales Management processes
• Ability to assist with Training and development of marketing strategies
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
• Enthusiasm for the fashion and apparel industry is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Stipend & Internship Details

Stipend: Up to 10,000 (Performance-based)

Duration: 23 months internship

Mode: Work from Office

Performance Review: After 1 month, continuation for the next 2 months will be decided based on performance

PPO Opportunity: Available based on overall performance
