This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admissions Counselor, based in Pune Division. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, guiding them in selecting training programs that align with their career goals. Responsibilities include counseling and advising potential enrollees, developing strong relationships through effective communication, and facilitating the admissions process. You will also play a key role in promoting our programs and maintaining a customer-centered approach, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for applicants.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Experience or aptitude in Customer Service and Sales
• Interest or background in Education and career counseling
• Ability to create a positive and engaging experience for prospective students
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic IT systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
