Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role located in Mumbai. The selected candidate will support the sales and marketing team by engaging in lead generation, market research, and communication with potential clients. Responsibilities include assisting with customer onboarding, providing customer support, participating in sales initiatives, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of various sales and marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management principles, with a passion for meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to provide effective Training and support to clients and team members as needed.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills along with proactive decision-making capabilities.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Marketing, or related program is preferred.
• Interest in technology-driven platforms and familiarity with customer engagement tools is an advantage.
