Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Intern for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will assist in executing sales strategies, managing customer engagements, and supporting the development of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, participating in sales meetings, and providing feedback to improve sales processes. The intern will also receive training to develop essential skills for sales and marketing success, contributing to the company's mission to enhance digital payment solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address inquiries effectively
  • Ability to assist in Sales and Sales Management operations, ensuring smooth sales processes and achieving targets
  • Experience or willingness to learn Training and development techniques for knowledge sharing and improvement
  • Energetic and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding of the fintech industry and digital payment systems is an advantage
