The Sales & Marketing Intern will work closely with the Founder's Office and Business Development team to support market research, sales enablement, marketing execution, and go-to-market strategy for ERIC Robotics deep-tech products in railways, infrastructure, and industrial automation.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with exposure to real client interactions, B2B sales strategy, and early-stage market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Identify and research potential clients across:
- Railways & Metro Corporations
- Infrastructure Operators
- Airports, Defense, and Industrial Facilities
- Track industry trends in robotics, AI inspection systems, and automation.
- Support pricing benchmarks and positioning analysis.
2. Sales Support & Business Development
- Assist in preparing:
- Pitch decks
- Proposal documents
- Capability statements
- Product one-pagers
- Support outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and industry channels.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
3. Marketing & Brand Execution
- Support execution of marketing initiatives such as:
- Website and content updates
- Product positioning material
- Case studies and pilot summaries
- Assist in documenting demos, pilots, and deployments for marketing use.
- Translate technical outputs into customer-facing value propositions.
4. Founder's Office Support
- Assist in strategic research related to:
- Market entry planning
- Partnership exploration
- Business and feasibility studies
- Participate in cross-functional and leadership-level discussions.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Canva.
- Ability to understand technical products and convert them into business narratives.

- Prior exposure to sales, marketing, consulting, or strategy roles.
