About the RoleThis is not a desk job.
You'll be directly involved in how events come to life — from client conversations to on-ground shoot execution to handling inbound leads on Instagram & WhatsApp.
If you're someone who wants to learn sales, marketing, and real client handling fast, this role puts you right in the middle of it.
What You'll Be Doing1. On-Ground Execution (50%)- Be present at event setups, shoots, and installations
- Coordinate with team members during execution
- Capture basic content (photos/videos) for marketing use
- Ensure everything runs smoothly on-site
2. Sales Support (20%)- Assist in client meetings and site visits
- Help in pitching services and explaining offerings
- Follow up with leads and maintain basic tracking
3. Marketing & Lead Handling (30%)- Handle Instagram DMs, WhatsApp inquiries, and calls
- Respond to leads quickly and professionally
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain lead data in sheets/CRM
Who This Is For- Freshers who want real-world exposure, not just theory
- Someone presentable, confident, and well-spoken
- Comfortable being on the field (this is not a remote-only role)
- Can handle conversations in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Has a basic understanding of Instagram & communication etiquette
