CRM Application Developer Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in development, deployment, and support of business applications
• Design and implement software interfaces, data conversions, and customizations
• Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements and provide production support
• Lead projects including requirements gathering, technical specs, task breakdown, timelines, and training
• Document all phases of project implementation
• Mentor and support team members in development and best practices
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications
• Develop enhancements, extensions, and interfaces using standard methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years in a developer/business analyst role
• Solid understanding of IT project life cycle
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database design
• Experience with Oracle DBMS
• Proficiency in Linux Shell Scripting
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with structured programming
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and business users
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Self-driven and focused on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Planning or Logistics processes
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft integration tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and web services
