About Us

Cosmos AI helps debt collection teams reduce costs and maximize recoveries through AI. Acting as

a superhuman collections agent, Cosmos AI operates at scale around the clock, automating the

entire communications workflow. Fully compliant and designed for efficiency, Cosmos AI enables

businesses to recover more with fewer resources, enhancing productivity and transforming the debt

collection process.

The Role

You'll be a core part of our go-to-market team directly responsible for driving revenue and building our company. You'll work closely with the CEO, get real ownership from day one, and see the direct impact of your work. If you've ever wanted to know what it feels like to build a business from scratch this is it.

You'll be the voice of Cosmos AI prospecting clients, reaching out to them over emails, linkedin and calling and setting meetings/ closing deals. You'll work US timezone hours (typically evenings/nights/mornings IST).

What You'll Do

  • Prospect potential clients
  • Cold call prospective clients in the US
  • Build and Run AI powered linkedIn and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page create and post content regularly to build our brand presence
  • Do sales and help the team close deals

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent English spoken and written (near-native fluency preferred)
  • Confident, persuasive communicator who isn't afraid of rejection
  • Hungry to learn and hit targets you're competitive by nature
  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
  • Comfortable working US timezone hours from India
  • Naturally curious you research prospects before reaching out
  • Organized and detail-oriented follows up without being told
  • Bonus: prior experience in sales, debating, MUN, or customer-facing roles
  • Bonus: familiarity with Apollo or other outreach/CRM tools
