Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Vizag. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and directly contribute to the commercial growth of our ventures. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between brand awareness and revenue generation. You will work closely with our team to develop marketing strategies that build our brand, while simultaneously learning the ropes of business development, lead generation, and the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Lead Generation: Assist in researching and identifying potential B2B clients and partners aligned with our AI ventures.
  • Outreach: Support the sales team with outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM database with accurate prospect information and interaction logs.
  • Lead Qualification: Help categorize and qualify incoming leads to streamline the sales pipeline.

Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Content Development: Assist in developing engaging content for our website, blog, and social media to attract prospective clients.
  • Collateral Creation: Help create sales enablement materials like pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and one-pagers.
  • Social Media Management: Execute campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter to increase brand visibility and generate inbound interest.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify gaps and selling points.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and sales data to provide insights that optimize our go-to-market strategy.

Digital Marketing & Events:

  • Email Marketing: Support the implementation of email nurture campaigns to keep prospects engaged.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning webinars and workshops that serve as lead-generation tools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in both the creative side of marketing and the strategic side of sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (comfortable with phone and email etiquette).
  • High energy, persuasive, and confident personality.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn for business).
  • Bonus: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) or graphic design tools (Canva).
  • Bonus: Relevant certifications in Inbound Sales or Digital Marketing.
  • Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced AI environment.
