About The Role
You'll get to:
- Connect with potential partners and institutions
- Work on outreach, market research, and startup strategy
- Handle real growth challenges and contribute creative ideas
- Collaborate with the core team on ecosystem expansion
- Sending emails & messages to potential partners
- Helping with basic marketing campaigns
- Researching companies, colleges & communities
- Assisting in social media growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international prospects
- Pitch ConnektSphere's solutions clearly and professionally
- Schedule demos/meetings for the core sales team
- Understand client needs and record follow-ups using CRM tools
Key Skills & Expectations
- Clear verbal communication with confidence while speaking to global clients
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (email & WhatsApp)
- Basic persuasion and objection-handling ability
- Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Eagerness to learn through hands-on, real-world startup exposure
- Consistency in calling, follow-ups, and maintaining proper documentation
- Professional conduct and accountability in daily work
Training will be provided. Prior cold-calling experience is not mandatory.
