Job Description

What do we need from your end

Assist the sales team in promoting courses, products, or services to prospective customers.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media platforms, and walk-in inquiries.

Counsel potential customers and explain offerings clearly to support conversion.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the marketing team to convert digital leads into sales opportunities.

Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Participate in sales campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Requirements

Candidates from Digital Marketing Institutes or with basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts are preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships with potential customers.

Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer handling.

Familiarity with digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

Budget

A monthly stipend of 15,000 will be provided during the internship period. Based on performance and successful confirmation, a full-time offer with a 4.5 LPA compensation package will be extended.
