Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. In this position, you will drive growth by identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, engaging with business owners to promote Zeretail's platform, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also gather customer feedback to improve our solutions, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to market research and strategy development.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship-building with diverse clients
- Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales, especially in the retail or foodservice industries, is a plus
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and customer retention strategies
- Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules
