Role Description

Location: Remote (Delhi-NCR based organization)

 Position: Full-Time

 Salary:

• ₹15,000/month during 3-month probation

• ₹20,000/month + incentives after probation based on performance

Qualifications

We are seeking experienced sales and marketing professionals with a strong track record in client acquisition, lead conversion, and digital outreach.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing

• Proven ability to generate and convert leads

• Experience handling D2C and/or B2B clients

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales funnels is preferred

• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working remotely

KRAs

• Drive student enrollments for online language courses

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, startups, and corporate clients

• Manage and nurture leads across D2C and B2B segments

• Improve brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms

• Collaborate with the content and academic teams for campaigns and outreach
