Role Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell professional training programs related to ISO Standards, Business Excellence, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, ESG, Sustainability, Internal Auditor Programs, Lead Auditor Programs, and other management system trainings.

The role involves lead generation, client engagement, training need identification, proposal submission, follow-up, and achievement of revenue targets from corporate training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities for training and certification-related services.
  • Promote open-house and in-house training programs to corporate clients.
  • Identify training needs across industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Food, Healthcare, Logistics, IT, Construction, and Service sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR, L&D, Quality, EHS, Operations, and Compliance professionals.
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare and submit training proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing and close training assignments.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketing Activities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns for training programs.
  • Promote training calendars through email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Coordinate webinar and seminar promotions.
  • Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
  • Support development of brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify future training opportunities.
  • Coordinate with trainers and project teams for smooth training delivery.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging training needs.
  • Track competitor offerings and pricing.
  • Identify new sectors and regions for business expansion.

Qualification

Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred

  • MBA in Marketing
  • Certification in Sales, Marketing, ISO Standards, or Business Excellence

Experience

Preferred

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, training sales, consulting sales, certification sales, or professional services marketing.
  • Experience in selling ISO, Quality, EHS, Sustainability, or Management System-related services will be an added advantage.
