-Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new two-wheeler garages within the assigned territory
Actively promote products and services through direct visits and demos
Generate daily orders and manage ongoing accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with garage owners and mechanics
Drive repeat orders through regular follow-ups and relationship management
Achieve sales targets, order volume goals, and revenue benchmarks
Capture market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs for internal teams
-Eligibility & Requirements
Graduated in any discipline
Must currently reside in Gurugram
Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Comfortable with a completely field-based role
Prior experience in B2B sales or field sales is preferred
Strong communication skills with basic negotiation ability

Salary: 2LP to 4LPA + performance-based incentives
Final compensation will depend on experience, interview performance, and role fit
