This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves developing market strategies, conducting market research, and creating actionable sales and marketing plans. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Millet Amma's offerings to diverse audiences. The executive will also contribute to achieving revenue goals and supporting marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and achieve set targets
• Ability to create and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-driven personality
• Knowledge of the organic and healthy food industry is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
