About the Role
We are hiring energetic and ambitious MBA (Marketing / Sales) Freshers who want to build a
serious career in technical sales.
ob Responsibilities:
- Sell Split ACs, VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers & turnkey HVAC solutions
- Meet builders, developers, hospitals, IT parks, factories & consultants
- Generate leads through site visits and networking
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Negotiate and close sales orders
- Coordinate with technical and project teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility:
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) Freshers can apply
- Technical/Engineering background preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong interest in field sales & business development
- Confident, target-driven personality
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Willing to travel locally
- Local language proficiency required
