Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for designing and executing market strategies, conducting market research, and driving sales initiatives to meet organizational goals. This full-time on-site role is based in Bengaluru and includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's ENT products to healthcare professionals and establishments. The role also involves preparing marketing materials,Collecting market data, participating in industry events, and supporting sales operations to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Ability to create and implement effective Market Planning and Market Research strategies.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, including developing campaigns and driving product awareness.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Additional qualifications, such as prior experience in the healthcare or medical device sector, are advantages.
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree/Graduation.
