Job Description: Sales marketing Executive

At Growth Avenues, we're building the next generation of Indian investing behavior-first, AI-driven, and purpose-led. We're not an old brokerage; we are designing products that will redefine how wealth is created in India.

You won't be joining as just employee #47 you'll be part of our core team, helping to design the machine, not just run it. If we get this right, we'll be creating a category-defining firm, and your fingerprints will be on its foundation.

We are a dynamic team of CAs, Engineers, MBAs, and PhDs on a mission to re-write the rules of wealth creation in India.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients

Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with customers

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors

Promote products/services through digital marketing, social media, and offline channels

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities

Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and meetings

Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Collect customer feedback and share insights with management

Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in sales and marketing (freshers may apply)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good presentation and interpersonal skills
