About Us:

We are a fast-growing healthcare startup focused on franchising clinics and building a strong network of trusted doctors. Our mission is to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable by connecting patients with qualified medical professionals and expanding our clinic presence across multiple locations.

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing professionals who are passionate about healthcare, business growth, and brand building in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our clinics, services, and associated doctors.

Manage and grow social media presence across platforms with engaging healthcare content.

Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, digital creatives, and presentations.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; suggest creative improvements.

2. Doctor & Partner Outreach

Identify and connect with potential doctors and clinics for collaboration or franchise partnerships.

Communicate the clinic model effectively through calls, emails, and meetings.

Maintain detailed records of outreach and support in the doctor onboarding process.

3. Franchise Development Support

Conduct research and identify potential markets for franchise expansion.

Perform local market analysis on patient demographics, competition, and demand trends.

Support marketing and promotional activities for franchise expansion events.

4. Client & Community Engagement

Assist in organizing community events, health awareness campaigns, and wellness programs.

Collect feedback from patients and doctors to improve engagement and satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain leads, CRM data, and outreach reports accurately.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance summaries.

Coordinate between marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution of plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media management tools.
