Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
* Handle correspondence, inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with overseas clients.
* Manage documentation for export orders, including Proforma Invoices, LC, shipping, and customs formalities.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer preferences.
* Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, agents, and customers.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
* Develop marketing materials and digital campaigns targeting overseas customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 1-2 years of experience in export sales or international marketing (experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG / Packaging / Chemicals] preferred).
* Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients.
* Willingness to travel abroad when required.
