Position: B2B Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Summary
We are looking for revenue-driven Marketing Experts with strong solution-selling skills. The role involves understanding advertisers business goals and recommending the right advertising solutions to help them grow. This is a client-facing, outbound sales role focused on revenue growth and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new and existing advertisers/agencies via phone, chat, and email
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable ad solutions
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients
- Drive optimal product adoption and improve client experience
- Provide pre- and post-sales support within scope
- Become a subject-matter expert in advertising solutions (Meta Ads knowledge required)
- Identify trends, solve problems, and share product insights
- Create and champion advertiser success stories
- Use multiple tools to support advertiser growth and success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 year experience in Sales
- Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing / Online Sales
- Hands-on knowledge of Ads / Meta Ads
- Strong MS Office and email communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a competitive, revenue-focused environment
