We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented sales and business development intern to support our outbound sales efforts, proposal drafting, and digital outreach activities. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Identify potential clients and leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, and relevant outbound channels.
- Support the creation and execution of outreach campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, or similar.
- Finding relevant jobs on Upwork as per the company's tech stack
- Search for and shortlist relevant job opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Draft and submit tailored proposals in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the core team to scope and finalize deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in maintaining proposal pipelines and tracking deal progress.
- Support internal documentation and status reporting for outbound efforts.
Participate in client communications and follow-ups where required.
- Collaborate on personal and brand account content for outreach and visibility.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for LinkedIn activities.
