We are seeking a driven, independent and results-oriented **Sales and Business Development Executive / Manager** to support the company's growth initiatives through effective lead generation, client engagement, and closure. The role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage the sales cycle, conduct online product demonstrations, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients. This position is well-suited for individuals who are self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and qualify prospective clients through various lead-generation channels Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial outreach, requirement understanding, online product demonstrations, and deal closure Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Work independently to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation with demonstrated closing capability Strong ability to source and qualify leads independently Proven experience in scheduling and conducting online product demonstrations Self-driven, proactive, and highly results-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
