Job Summary:
We're hiring a dynamic IT Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals for IT products/services like custom software, ERP implementations, and cybersecurity solutions. Target SMBs and enterprises in Vadodara and surrounding areas to hit aggressive revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and industry events in Vadodara.
- Conduct product demos, needs assessments, and ROI presentations to convert prospects into clients.
- Negotiate contracts, upsell services, and ensure 100% client retention through post-sale support.
- Meet quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution customization and marketing on SEO/social campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecast sales for leadership review.
Requirements:
- 1-6 years in IT sales, software sales, or tech services (SaaS, ERP, cloud preferred).
- Strong track record in B2B lead generation and closing deals in Gujarat or similar markets.
- Excellent English and Gujarati communication; Hindi a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing; basic tech knowledge (e.g., Python/Java concepts) advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a hunter's mindset and ability to travel locally.
