Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Decelopment Professional to join our growing team driving the EV products and New-Gen Materials portfolio, the technologies powering the future of sustainable mobility and smart energy.

Key Responsibilities

1)Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 customers

2) Promote advanced material solutions in e-mobility, battery packs, and electronics applications

3) Collaborate with technical and production teams to deliver value-driven solutions

4) Lead customer engagement and market intelligence initiatives

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Business and Account Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the industrial solutions sector is a plus
