Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales and Business Development Associate. The associate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and developing strategic sales plans. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer demands and innovate solutions to address unique client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting revenue targets
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage relationships, understand customer requirements, and ensure satisfaction
  • Knowledge of industrial heating solutions or related fields is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in technical sales or industrial solutions is preferred but not mandatory
