Sales Business Development Associate

InSeconds.app is redefining the role of short-form video by transforming it from a source of distraction to a platform for opportunities. We enable hiring companies to create 30-second video job descriptions and allow candidates to apply instantly using 30-second video resumes through a unique double-tap experience. Our platform is faster than LinkedIn and provides a more authentic approach to hiring compared to traditional job portals. Beyond hiring, our platform is designed to scale across industries like real estate, automobiles, SaaS demos, local services, and skill trainingall contributing to building an Opportunity Feed where user engagement leads to real-world benefits.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Business Development Associate. The associate will focus on driving lead generation, building relationships with potential clients, and executing strategies for business development. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, communicating effectively with prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets while contributing to the growth strategy of InSeconds.app.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive and manage new business opportunities.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
• Experience in Sales and Business Development to effectively close deals and support the expansion of our client base.
• Analytical mindset and ability to perform market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site team setting.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
