About Us

Ninja Studio is a custom software development company with offices in San Francisco and

Montreal. We build AI-powered solutions, MVPs, SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps for

startup founders and early-stage companies across the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and

Australia. Our clients are founders who move fast, value quality, and need a technical

partner they can trust.

The Role

We're hiring 3 Account Executives to build our first dedicated sales team. This is a hunter

role — you'll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close. No account

management, no farming. Your job is to find new clients and close deals.

You'll sell everything we offer: developer hours for MVPs and apps, landing websites, our AI

marketing tool, and ongoing development retainers. Most deals close within 1–2 weeks. The

sales cycle is fast and founder-to-founder in nature — you'll be talking directly to

decision-makers, not navigating procurement committees.

What You'll Do

Daily: 40+ personalized outbound touches across email, LinkedIn, and calls. Prospect into

startup communities, founder networks, and target accounts. Update CRM with every

interaction before end of day.

Weekly: Hold 2–3 discovery calls with qualified prospects. Send 1–2 proposals. Build new

pipeline consistently.

Monthly: Close new business, grow your pipeline, and hit your targets. Specific quotas and

revenue expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

● 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling services or SaaS to international

clients.

● Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing — not just inbound lead

handling.

● Fluent English with strong written communication (you'll be emailing and calling North

American and European founders daily).

● Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM Eastern, which is 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

IST).

● Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar). Self-starter who

doesn't need to be told what to do every morning.

Nice to Have: Experience selling software development services, design, or technical

consulting. Familiarity with startup ecosystems (YC, Indie Hackers, Product Hunt, etc.).

Understanding of AI, SaaS, and MVP development concepts. Prior remote work experience

in a different time zone.

What You Should Know

This is not a warm seat. There is no inbound pipeline waiting for you. You build your own

book from Day 1.

Activity starts immediately. 40 outbound touches/day from Week 1. Activity targets don't

ramp.

There is a performance gate. Early performance is evaluated and we move quickly on fit.

The founder will hand you deals. When the founder sources opportunities, you close them

and earn commission.

These are bonus opportunities on top of your own pipeline.

You'll use your personal LinkedIn for outreach. This role requires active prospecting

through your own LinkedIn profile, optimized to represent Ninja Studio. If you're not

comfortable using your personal LinkedIn for professional outreach, this role isn't the right fit.
