About Techlanz

Techlanz is a Bengaluru-based company founded by IIT alumni, focused on developing high-performance battery pack technologies for drones and advanced aerial applications. The company provides engineering services, product development support, and advanced training programs in the Battery and AI domain, along with development of Battery Digital Twin technology and intelligent battery solutions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven SalesIntern/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales through proactive outreach and effective client relationship management. This role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and a solid grasp of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with strategic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Deliver customized and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale customer support and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales activity, client feedback, and status updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, B.tech/Diploma or a related field (preferred).
  • We're looking for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in tech or services.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply!
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet goals.
  • Strong customer orientation and follow-through mindset.
