We are looking for a highly driven Sales Intern who is eager to learn, confident in communication, and excited to work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will work directly with the founding/growth team to generate leads, build outreach pipelines, and create new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants real startup sales experience in B2B and education partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research
  • Build databases of decision-makers such as Principals, Directors, Management, Trustees, Placement Heads, and Alumni Relations Heads
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn messages, and cold calling
  • Initiate conversations, qualify interest, and schedule meetings/demo calls for senior team members
  • Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
  • Support field visits when required to secure appointments with schools and colleges
  • Maintain CRM / lead tracker with accurate and timely updates
  • Share market insights, competitor observations, and customer feedback
  • Assist in building sales scripts, pitch decks, and outreach campaigns

Who We're Looking For
  • Strong spoken and written English (regional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders over phone and in person
  • Confident, energetic, and not afraid of cold outreach
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings if required
  • Interest in startups, sales, business development, or the education sector

What You'll Gain

  • Real startup sales experience with direct founder mentorship
  • Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships, and growth strategy
  • Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance
  • Certificate / Letter of Recommendation (performance-based)
  • A fast-paced learning environment with ownership from Day 1
