Job Title: Sales Advisor - Jewelry Industry - Mumbai
We are looking for polished and customer-focused Sales Advisors with experience in the luxury segment. The ideal candidate understands elite brands, delivers refined customer experiences, and builds long-term client relationships without aggressive selling.
Job Responsibility
Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to high-net-worth customers
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products accordingly
Represent the brand with impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professionalism
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Meet individual and store sales targets in a composed, consultative manner
Maintain product knowledge and stay aligned with luxury service standards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations
Target Industry: Luxury Retail/ Diamond Jewelery - Retail Sector only
Mandatory:
Experience in luxury retail / premium brands (e.g., Taj Group, Mercedes, high-end boutiques, luxury fashion, hospitality) from retails sector only.
Excellent command of spoken English with strong communication skills
Well-groomed, calm, confident, and customer-centric personality
Consultative approach to sales (not a hard seller)
Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated

Working Days: 6 days (Sundays would be working, with an alternate weekly off)
Work Timings: 10 am - 8 pm
Qualification: Any Graduate
