Candidates having experience in Channel Development & Sales – European & American markets, Annual Sales Plan Execution, Bidding & Quotation Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Cross-Department Collaboration, Customer Support & Issue Resolution, Receivables & Payment Tracking, Market Expansion, Market Intelligence Gathering, Strategic Input.
*Preference will be given to the candidates from Tyre industry only.
Position: Sales Account Manager
Location – Remote
Travel - Up to 70%
Role – Individual Contributory role
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for channel development and sales in European and American markets; implement and complete the product's annual sales plan of the division.
- Be responsible for bidding, quotation, contract terms negotiation, and contract signing according to the company's product, pricing, and marketing strategy.
- Be responsible for supervising and actively cooperating with all departments of the division to implement signed contracts and ensure normal and scheduled performance of contract terms. Solve problems and procedures in the process of sales and product use by customers in a timely manner or assist relevant departments to resolve them properly.
- Be responsible for contract receivables; actively track and collect payments according to contract payment terms; provide timely reporting, communication, and issue resolution.
- According to the division's marketing strategy, improve sales value, control costs, maintain and continuously develop new sales channels and customers, expand product sales scale in the responsible industry or region, and increase product market share.
- Actively obtain market intelligence, understand market trends, collect frontline sales information and customer feedback, report regularly to the department, and propose suggestions on marketing strategy, media promotion, after-sales service, product improvement, and new product development.
Qualification
- Familiar with pneumatic conveying, batching, and weighing system knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Working experience in system engineering or equipment sales in lithium industry and network resources are preferred.
- At least 3 years system engineering or equipment sales experience.
- Familiar with new energy industry, including finished batteries, anode and cathode materials, electrolyte and other customers is preferred.
- Good communication skills, negotiation practice, and coordination capability.
- Available for business travelling and driving license in Europe.
- Proactive working attitude and start up experience is highly evaluated.
