We're looking for a Sales Manager who can drive the adoption of Voice AI, Contact Centre SaaS, and customer engagement solutions across mid-market and enterprise customers.
This role goes beyond transactional selling. The focus is on driving business outcomes such as automating customer support using voice bots, improving contact centre efficiency, and enabling end-to-end customer experience transformation through omnichannel engagement.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and work closely with CXOs, product teams, and operations leaders to position Exotel as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.

Exotel was started by Shivakumar Ganesan in 2011. Shivakumar's previous venture, Roopit, needed a simple automated call center solution for which he built an in-house product, and eventually it became a standalone company in the form of Exotel.Exotel picked up a Rs. 25 million (approximately US$500,000 funding from Mumbai Angels and Blume Ventures in March 2012
