About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy hunter who has actively sold SaaS products in the SEA region, managed full-cycle deals, and is comfortable building business in a 0→1 environment. This role will anchor our ASEAN expansion and requires strong prospecting, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.

2. Pipeline Creation: Build and maintain a 3–4× qualified pipeline consistently.
3. Prospecting Metrics: Generate x no:of new outbound meetings per month across SEA through structured prospecting & account mapping.
4. Deal Conversion: Maintain a 15–20% opportunity-to-close conversion for qualified deals in the region.
What You Will Do
● Drive new logo acquisition across SEA (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand).
● Own the full sales cycle: research, outreach, qualification, deep-dive discovery, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
● Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through aggressive prospecting and account mapping.
● Navigate large enterprise and multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Travel frequently across SEA for client meetings, partner connections, and events.
● Collaborate with product, solutions, and customer success teams to craft value-driven narratives.
● Maintain deal hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined CRM practices.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have
● 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
● Demonstrated experience selling to SEA clients (must have travelled for business previously).
● Strong hunter mindset — proactive prospector, resilient, and metrics-driven.
● Experience selling to large enterprises; BFSI exposure is a strong advantage.
● Ability to thrive in ambiguous 0→1 GTM setups.
● Excellent communication, relationship building, and narrative-crafting skills.
● High comfort with travel and managing remote regional relationships
