Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Deputy Manager) for our Personal Loans division. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving sales and managing a team. This role will involve developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for personal loans.
Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in loan processing.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or personal loans.
Strong understanding of personal loan products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
