Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

About The Role

This role owns the core sales conversion layer at Dodo Payments — taking qualified leads from pre-sales and converting them into active platform users.

You will drive product demos, solve for customer queries, and ensure seamless sign-ups for tech-first businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales for inbound & qualified leads — from demo to platform sign-up
  • Deliver high-quality product demos to SaaS, AI, and digital-first companies
  • Handle objections, pricing discussions, and technical queries with confidence
  • Work closely with pre-sales (Aaryan's team) to maintain pipeline quality
  • Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding team post sign-up
  • Continuously improve conversion rates through feedback loops

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B tech sales / fintech / SaaS sales
  • Strong demoing ability — can confidently explain product workflows & APIs (no heavy coding, but tech comfort is key)
  • Prior experience at companies like Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, PayU, Zoho, Freshworks is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication & objection-handling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Success Metrics (3–6 months)

  • Demo Sign-up conversion rate
  • Revenue generated / accounts closed
  • Sales cycle time reduction
  • Quality of handoff to onboarding (low drop-offs post sign-up)
