Rust Software Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Rust Software Engineer to support the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems through high-quality code annotation and technical feedback. In this role, you will work with AI-generated Rust code and systems-level solutions, helping refine how foundational models reason about performance, safety, and concurrency

.You will collaborate with global AI research teams to assess the correctness, efficiency, and robustness of AI-generated Rust outputs. Your annotations and structured feedback will directly contribute to improving AI models used for systems programming, backend services, and performance-critical applications.

Responsibilities:

• Annotate and review AI-generated Rust code for correctness, clarity, and idiomatic usage.
• Evaluate AI outputs involving memory safety, ownership, lifetimes, and concurrency models.
• Assess performance, scalability, and error-handling patterns in AI-generated Rust solutions.
• Review AI-generated responses for correct use of Rust standard libraries, crates, and async patterns.
• Identify recurring bugs, anti-patterns, or unsafe assumptions in AI-generated Rust code and provide detailed feedback to improve future model outputs.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–4 years Rust programming experience.
• Deep understanding of ownership/borrowing, traits, lifetimes.
• Familiarity with Cargo, testing, and unsafe code review.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code).
• strong in type-safety & compiler reasoning.

NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to ₹1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to ₹90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
