- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience or understanding of rolling stock and/or components with over 15 years in the field
- Knowledge of project management including work package, risk, and opportunity management with over 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with engineering processes, tools, and methods
- A strong grasp of technical decision-making including value analysis methodologies
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Cooperation and change management capabilities
- Fluency in English and the local site language
