Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize RSA Archer GRC solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain Archer applications, workflows, and dashboards to support risk, compliance, and audit functions.
- Integrate Archer platform with third-party systems and data sources.
- Develop and optimize Archer reports, notifications, and escalation workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the Archer environment.
- Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of Archer configurations.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RSA Archer applications.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Immediate joiners preferred, with a joining timeline within 20 days.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform development and administration.
- Proficient in Archer configuration, including Data Feeds, APIs, workflow design, and report building.
- Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, VBScript) and SQL.
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and Web Services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
