Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and robust backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java (8, 11, and higher), Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and enterprise application development (J2EE). This role requires hands-on experience with message queuing systems (MQ, Kafka) and proficiency in MongoDB and Oracle for efficient database management.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality backend solutions using Java 8, Java 11, and newer versions.
Architect and implement microservices using Spring & Spring Boot for enterprise-level applications.
Integrate systems efficiently using MQ and Kafka to ensure seamless communication.
Optimize database management with expertise in MongoDB and Oracle.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on best practices and coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of projects.

Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in backend development using Java (8, 11, and higher).
Strong knowledge of J2EE for enterprise-level applications.
Expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture.
Experience with Kafka and Message Queues (MQ) for system integration.
Proficiency in MongoDB and Oracle for efficient data management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Prior experience in Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
