Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and Develop Automation:Analyze business processes, identify areas for automation, and design solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Code and Test Bots:Write code, configure automation processes, and test bots to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with business analysts, operations teams, and other developers to gather requirements, implement solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain and Support Bots:Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary changes to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
Document Processes:Create clear and concise documentation for automation processes, including workflows, code, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay Updated:Keep up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices to ensure ongoing innovation and efficiency.
