About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and delivering RPA solutions in accordance with PACCAR standards and best practices. Job Title - Technical Lead
Location: All Birlasoft Location
Shift- 5 pm to 2 am IST
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development
Minimum Qualifications:
- UiPath Developer Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge Required:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Experience in areas related to process automation
- Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPA documentation (PDDs, SDDs, runbooks).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in automation development and deployment.
- Monitor bots in production and resolve any issues that arise (debugging, exception handling).
- Maintain version control and follow change management procedures.
- Collaborate with IT for infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) by identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Business skills and experience in IT, accounting, finance, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting (VB.NET, C#, Python, etc.).
- Experience with orchestrator, queues, REFramework, and attended/unattended bots.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and database integration (SQL).
- Strong organization and self-management skills, willing to take initiative and follow through
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Reasonably proficiency in reading Microsoft Office Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tool or workflow-based logic
- Identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor
- Contributing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; Ability to work effectively with a variety of skill sets to tackle complex challenges
Knowledge Preferred:
- Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
- Effective communication to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional environment
- Mentoring and leading junior staff members, providing technical training
- Business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management
Experience Preferred:
- Business process analysis and optimization
- Gathering requirements and process mapping
- Selecting and applying the appropriate automation or software tool for a given customer requirement
