Role: RPA Developer - Uipath

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze and understand business process requirements.
- Design technical automation solutions that are scalable, robust, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Perform end-to-end development, including unit testing, and debugging.
- Manage and monitor deployed bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Ensure proper version control and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation workflows.
- Work with IT for infrastructure setup, security compliance, and production deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers (applicable for Sr. Dev role).
Required Skills:
- Experience
- Developer: hands-on experience in UiPath development; no limit on overall experience.
- Sr. Developer: hand-on experience in UiPath development; no limit on overall experience.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Experience with selectors, data scraping, Excel/Outlook activities, queues, citrix/virtual environments, and UI automation.
- Good knowledge of VB.NET/C#/Python scripting within UiPath.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and database queries (SQL).
- Understanding of RPA best practices, governance, and security.
- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) are a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with citrix automation and remote desktop environments.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with billing / invoicing based RPA solutions.
