About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using leading Automation Anywhere 360, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in or with the Healthcare domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end automation delivery - from requirements analysis to deployment - while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and scalability of automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of bot lifecycle management
- Experience in managing bot exceptions, logs, and error handling.
- Familiarity with control room operations
- Good understanding of Databases, APIs, and integration with third-party systems
- Good scripting skills (Python and VB Script)
- Ability to create and execute complex, dynamic logic.
- Ability to write technical documentation and SOPs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Analyse business requirements & design RPA solutions that are efficient & effective
- Collaborate with other developers & stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation & improvements in existing processes
- Test & debug RPA bots to ensure they meet quality standards & functional requirements
- Create documentation for RPA projects including AS-IS, TO-BE, design specifications, test plans & user manuals
- Provide support to end users during bot deployment & post implementation
- Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues related to RPA implementations
- Continuously learn & explore new features & capabilities of Automation Anywhere 360
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining bots in production.
- Solid knowledge of automation concepts, workflows, and exception handling.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Required Skills:
- Experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere 360
- Proficient in using Automation Anywhere 360 Control Room, Document Automation
- Programming skills in Python and VB Script
- Experience with Databases (SQL)
- Experience in developing bots for different applications including Excel, Citrix, Web, Desktop & Mainframe
- Knowledge of xPath to locate & extract data from web pages
- Knowledge of dynamics programming & Agile methodology
- Knowledge of RPA best practices & design patterns
- Knowledge of Document Automation
- Knowledge about AI Agents (APA) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to work independently as well as in team environment
- Good communication skills & ability to collaborate with other stakeholders including SMEs, project managers & end-users
