Job Description: Business Analyst & Developer

Role: RPA BA (60 %)+Developer (40 %)

Technical Knowledge/Skills & Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
• Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
• Previous exp. In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.
• Must have excellent hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite
• Deep understanding of technology
• BRD, PDD, User Manual- Process Documentation
• Requirement gathering, UAT, Experience in test creation
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Maintain existing automation scripts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents related to RPA bots.

Qualifications

Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science, Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred.
