Role Description

We are looking for an experienced ETL Trainer to deliver structured training on data engineering concepts and tools. The role involves guiding learners through practical use cases, real-time data workflows, and project-based learning.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable explaining core concepts, demonstrating tools in live sessions, and mentoring learners to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline concepts

• Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant tools and technologies

• Align training with real-time data engineering workflows

• Explain data integration, transformation, and pipeline deployment

• Support learners through projects and practical exercises

• Provide guidance on best practices used in industry

Required Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in ETL or Data Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools and workflows

• Proficiency in SQL and data handling concepts

• Experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, DBT, SSIS

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture

• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and structured way

Preferred Skills

• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience

• Exposure to real-time data projects and pipeline implementations

• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS/Azure)
