Botsync Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Asia's Leading Robotics & Automation Solutions Provider, is looking for a Robotics Operations Engineer to join our Robotics Operations team and ensure the seamless performance of our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) across customer sites.
What you'll do:
- Provide first-line technical support for Botsync's AMRs and SyncOS platform
- Monitor deployed robotic systems and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and robotics-related issues
- Perform root cause analysis across embedded systems, electronics, and deployment configurations
- Coordinate remote deployments and support customer onboarding
- Build automation tools, monitoring dashboards, and support workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Robotics, Embedded, Software, and Deployment teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge base articles
We're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in Robotics Operations, Technical Support, Automation, or Customer Support Engineering
- Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and embedded systems
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and support remote customer deployments
