Botsync Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Asia's Leading Robotics & Automation Solutions Provider, is looking for a Senior Robotics Operations Engineer to join our Robotics Operations team and deliver world-class technical support while driving operational excellence across our global customer deployments.
What you'll do:
- Deliver first-line technical support for Botsync's AMRs and SyncOS platform across global customer deployments
- Monitor deployed robotic systems and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, embedded systems, and robotics-related issues
- Perform root cause analysis across electronics, sensors, PCBs, deployment configurations, and AMR software
- Build automation tools, monitoring dashboards, alerts, and support workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate remote deployments and work closely with Robotics, Embedded, Software, and Deployment Engineering teams
- Prepare customer-specific workflows using Botsync's no-code SyncOS platform
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, incident reports, and knowledge base articles while delivering an exceptional customer experience
We're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
- 4+ years of experience in Robotics Operations, Technical Support, Automation Engineering, or Customer Support Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and embedded systems
- Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, robotics systems, and industrial automation
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and supporting remote customer deployments
